Vialto Law Expands Immigration Capabilities With the Addition of Brown Immigration Law

Vialto Partners, a leader in integrated solutions for global work, including tax, immigration, rewards, advisory, and private, announced today that Brown Immigration Law P.C., L.L.O., a global business immigration firm founded in 2006, will become part of Vialto Law (US) LLP (“Vialto Law”).
Vialto Law is an independent US immigration law firm affiliated with Vialto Partners, complementing the firm’s broader global mobility and advisory services.
The transaction adds an established practice to Vialto’s growing immigration platform and deepens its technology and venture-backed client base. Joining Vialto Law is Managing Partner David Brown, as well as lawyers and professional staff who will continue to operate out of the Lincoln, Nebraska office, further expanding Vialto Law’s presence in the Midwest.
