Built in conjunction with fund administrators, GSH digitizes firm policies, applies them across ownership structures, and runs standalone or within Eleven.

We started with the investor and the fund administrators who process them and built Global Screening Hub to run their actual policies, however complex, on one investor record.”

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Eleven, the investor management platform for private capital managers and fund administrators, today announced the launch of Global Screening Hub (GSH), a policy-driven investor compliance platform that operationalizes a firm’s KYC, AML and risk policies across jurisdictions, investor types, risk levels and ownership structures, and can run them on the same investor record used for onboarding, digital subscriptions and ongoing servicing.

There is no shortage of KYC software, but AML/KYC and risk policies are rarely a clean rulebook, carrying nested conditions, qualitative exceptions, cross-dependencies and requirements that shift with domicile, entity type and risk rating. Many platforms handle sanctions and PEP screening, but they are not built to hold policies of this shape, so those policies stay in a document and are applied by hand outside of the software.

In most firms, the investor is also as fragmented as the policy: subscribing in one system, onboarded in another, screened in a third and serviced in a fourth.

GSH was built to answer these problems. As Eleven already powers global private-investment onboarding, subscriptions and servicing, GSH was developed inside that lifecycle rather than beside it, created with fund administrators and fund managers to run the policies they operate.

“Most KYC solutions are built on generic onboarding flows to work across industries,” said Eric Slaim, CEO of Eleven. “They do not hold the policy depth that private markets require, and using them splits the investor’s data from the investor’s experience. We started with the investor and the fund administrators who process them and built Global Screening Hub to run their actual policies, however complex, on one investor record.”

With GSH, compliance is not just handed a snapshot at the moment it is asked. Every document, screening result, ownership change, and information update lands on the investor record, so compliance sees the whole picture and reacts as it changes.

Global Screening Hub covers seven areas:

– KYC requirements. By investor type at each diligence tier (simplified, standard, and enhanced), digitized from the firm’s policy documents

– Risk assessment. Firm-defined factors, weightings, thresholds, risk bands, and auto-fail conditions, with risk scored across every country and territory

– Screening and verification. Sanctions, PEP, AI adverse-media screening, and ID and wealth verifications

– Beneficial ownership. Corporate-tree construction to ultimate beneficial owners and controlling persons with requirements and workflows at every node

– Review and approval. Maker-checker separation, documented overrides, send-backs, and a complete audit trail

– Periodic reviews and monitoring. Reviews scheduled off the risk band, expiring documents tracked, statuses automatically recomputed at all layers

– Investor experience. One place to complete requirements, upload documents, maintain information, subscribe, and stay informed

Global Screening Hub runs at subscription, at onboarding and pre-boarding, and at re-boarding. For re-boardings, a firm’s investors can be brought into the policy for re-approval, record completion, monitoring, and periodic review with as much of the existing data and documents as the firm chooses. A global policy or separate client policies can be maintained with a firm-level default underneath.

Available today, GSH deploys with third-party integrations as a standalone compliance solution or as a module for firms already on Eleven. It supports investors worldwide and accommodates AIFMD, FATCA, CRS, and EU anti-money laundering requirements. More information is available at platformeleven.io/global-screening-hub.
