Headquartered in Kent, Washington, Eco Water Restoration is a family owned and operated, IICRC certified restoration company serving the Greater Seattle area, including King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. The company is available 24/7 to respond to water damage emergencies and begin mitigating damage before it spreads. Eco Water Restoration’s core services include:

  • Water damage restoration, including burst pipes, flooded basements, and crawl space flooding

  • Flood damage restoration, including water extraction, dehumidification, and structural drying

  • Storm damage restoration

  • Mold remediation and removal

  • Sewage cleanup

The company built its 10-step drying process to go beyond the industry’s minimum IICRC S500 standard, covering everything from initial inspection and moisture tracking through demolition, drying, and final moisture verification before a structure is cleared for rebuild. Eco Water Restoration also works directly with customers’ insurance providers throughout the claims process, handling documentation and communication to help make the recovery experience as seamless as possible for homeowners and businesses alike.
