Aluko joins Ayna after more than two decades advising some of the world’s leading financial institutions, investment firms, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Most recently, he served as a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, where his practice focused on private investment funds, investment management, strategic partnerships and transactions involving private equity, venture capital, real estate, technology and sports.
As Chief Operating Officer, Aluko will work alongside Ayna’s leadership team as the firm continues to scale its advisory and implementation platform and deepen its work with industrial technology companies, private equity sponsors and other investors. His background spanning private practice, investment management, institutional investing and global financial institutions brings a distinctive combination of legal, financial, governance and strategic experience to Ayna’s executive team.
