The Sewell Law Firm to Participate in 16th Annual Woodforest Bank Charity Run in Conroe

Houston personal injury law firm joins community event supporting the Woodforest Charitable Foundation on September 19, 2026

CONROE, TX, UNITED STATES, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Sewell Law Firm will participate in the 16th Annual Woodforest Bank Charity Run on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Heritage Place Park in Conroe. Members of the firm’s team will take part in the run events, and the firm will host a booth at the park to meet community members and support the event.

First held in 2010, the Woodforest Bank Charity Run is a family-friendly event that brings runners, families, and local supporters together while raising funds for the Woodforest Charitable Foundation^®. In 2025, the event welcomed 431 runners and raised $86,000. In 2024, the event welcomed 365 runners and raised $89,500.

This year’s event will take place at Heritage Place Park, located at 500 Collins Street in Conroe. The 10K run will begin at 7:40 a.m., followed by the 5K run at 8:00 a.m. The Barkley Shoe Dash for children ages 5 to 7 and 8 to 12 will begin at 9:00 a.m.

Registration includes a custom tech T-shirt commemorating the event, available to the first 250 participants.

The Woodforest Charitable Foundation was established in The Woodlands, Texas, in 2005 by Woodforest National Bank^®. The Foundation’s primary purpose is to provide funding to qualifying 501(c)(3) charities, with a focus on communities served by Woodforest National Bank.
