Insurance distribution leader brings nearly 15 years of experience in operations, agency engagement and sales growth.
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Grange Insurance has named Paige Scott as Vice President of Distribution Enablement and Operations, effective Oct. 19, 2026.
In this role, Scott will lead efforts to strengthen distribution through optimizing productive capacity and data analytics, go-to-market execution and agency engagement. She will bring these functions together to support growth and enhance Grange’s and affiliate partner Integrity Insurance’s ability to serve agency partners.

Scott brings nearly 15 years of insurance distribution and operations leadership experience to Grange. Most recently, she served as vice president of insurance operations at AAA Club Alliance, where she led more than 200 associates and agents across 13 states in a $1 billion distribution environment. Throughout her career, she has developed agency onboarding programs that improved productivity, established an outbound sales team and grew the independent agency channel from $65,000 to $2.3 million in direct written premium in one year. Her accomplishments earned her Company Representative of the Year recognition from the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
